“Very unpleasant.”

Front‑desk staff Karim behaved very poorly, the room was dirty and the sheets weren’t fresh. The room, the sheets, and the staff’s behaviour were all disappointing.

The room was nice and the staff, especially Shahzad, were good.

The location was great, easy to get in and out of, and the staff—including Mr Shahzad and his colleagues—were friendly. The only small gripe was that the Queen deluxe room felt a bit small, but it was still comfortable.
