Everything. Phenomenal staff, but the elevator worked only once.
“Great”
The busy area feels unsafe for walking, and the lobby was noisy with an unruly crowd at check‑in.
Great. NA
“Enjoyed the convenience before the train home.”
Easy to locate, but the cleaning service was unreliable.
“It was ok.”
The location was good and the room was clean, yet it stayed hot even after turning down the AC, the WIFI was non‑functional, and I was charged $7 to use the hotel parking lot.
