The staff were very helpful and made sure we had an excellent experience! The only issue was that we were in a renovation area; they informed us upon arrival and there was a bit of noise, but overall everything was fine!

The staff made our week unforgettable—warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming, especially the breakfast crew. Chef Khan treated us to eggs and omelets every morning, and Viviana greeted us daily with a bright smile. The resort feels beautiful, relaxing, and perfect for families. Even with renovations underway, the hotel kept disruptions to a minimum, keeping the overall experience outstanding. A few operational hiccups slipped through: turndown service was sometimes inconsistent, package deliveries weren’t well organized, and communication about temporary pool closures during summer storms could be clearer, especially when the pool reopens. These were minor, but fixing them would make an already excellent stay even better.

The female staff member, Louis, was very attentive and friendly, and the Turkish gentleman was also very helpful. I had booked more rooms than necessary, and they assisted me with the refund. I stayed at the Ritz‑Carlton by the sea last year, but there is no need to spend that much money; you can stay here and use their beach, plus this hotel’s pool was delightful and the natural surroundings were beautiful. The price should be a bit more reasonable—lower—since the rooms aren't very new.
