Great accommodation in the city of Albi. It’s easy to reach all attractions in Mauritius, both north and south. The apartments had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The room has a fan and air‑conditioning, a balcony with an ocean view, very clean and cozy. But most importantly, the wonderful host prepared tasty breakfasts every morning, shared useful information about Mauritius attractions, and was always polite and responsive.

A large room with a nice terrace to enjoy the sunset. You can also dine there; there’s a small fridge in the room. Jennifer knows the island’s history by heart and shares it with pleasure. She booked a great restaurant for us: La Murène, and a perfect boat excursion. No décor: a few island posters would highlight the place and add warmth to the house. Yogurts or fruit at breakfast would be a plus for us Europeans.

Jennifer is a wonderful, very warm host who truly cares about her guests; from the first contact at home to the personal meeting, I felt very comfortable and enjoyed my stay. She provided a wealth of information about Mauritius’s history and gave tips for excursions, restaurants, etc., and was always available and helpful. The accommodation is in a quiet area in the northwest of Mauritius, so a car is recommended; parking is available in front of the house. The room is spacious, equipped with a fridge, air‑conditioning, fan, private bathroom, and balcony. Breakfast was tasty and lovingly prepared. I would definitely return.
