The place was clean and close to our destination, but we were scheduled to check in at 3 o’clock, our concert was at 7 o’clock, and we couldn’t access our room until after 6 o’clock, forcing us to get ready in the lobby without a shower or any of the planned activities; it was quite miserable, and they admitted they didn’t have enough cleaning staff.

We got in around 9 pm and the woman who checked us in was very friendly and helpful; she had to show us how to use our key because the lock hadn’t been reset, and that really improved our stay.
