“Outstanding hotel just outside Hanoi”
The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean, quiet, and well‑equipped, and it was a 1 km walk to Aeon shopping mall.

The hotel's location is a major plus, with a stunning view of the city skyline that's hard to beat. Unfortunately, the noise from the street below can be a real nuisance, especially if you're a light sleeper. Despite this, the room was spotless and the staff were helpful when I checked in late. Overall, it's a decent value for the price, but you might want to pack some earplugs.

The hotel's lack of breakfast options was a major letdown, but what really got my blood boiling was the unfriendly staff who failed to address our concerns. To make matters worse, we were initially denied the room we had booked, forcing us to take a more expensive one instead. The whole experience felt like a misstep from the start, and I'm still trying to figure out how they managed to get it so wrong.

The hotel room I was initially given had a strong smell of smoke, which was a major turn-off. Luckily, the staff were accommodating and moved me to a different room, which was a relief. However, the initial room's condition left a bad impression, and it took some time to get settled into the new one. It's a shame, really, because the hotel had potential.

The hotel's location is one of its strongest points – it's right in the heart of the city, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. However, my room was a bit of a letdown. The bed was comfortable enough, but the room itself was tiny, with barely enough space to move around. On the plus side, the staff were friendly and helpful, even when I checked in late. But the noise from the street outside was a real issue – I could hear every car horn and shout from the pavement.
