How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.

“Sleep good, shower work great. Loved grab bar for stepping out of shower.”

We dined at the convention center. For the second night, the K‑cups in the room were replaced, but they were out of stock. We also didn’t realize the room wasn’t serviced unless we requested it.

“Very good stay that I would happily do again!”

The beds were incredibly comfy. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was varied and delicious. The lobby coffee machine was great for being available all day. The pool and whirlpool were at the perfect temperature. Minor nitpicks: one of our rooms had dirt on the door that the cleaners missed, and a bag over the smoke detector hadn’t been removed.

“We were there for a horseshoe tournament and stayed a week and it was very comfortable and location was perfect”

I loved the suites with kitchens, and everything was clean and well maintained. Everything was great.

Breakfast was very good. The room rate was competitive compared to hotels in Stevens Point, and we were close enough to Jordan Park to meet family who were camping. The grandkids enjoyed the hotel pool. The hotel was overall clean and met our needs, but the room we stayed in had a terrible odor; otherwise it was great.

All the room doors were dirty and battered; a fresh coat of paint would help.
