The service was flawless—every staff member was attentive from the very first minute. The rooms were well kept, renovated, met all necessities, and were very well heated. The location is excellent; you can head into the city center whenever you want, it’s just two steps away. I understand I was there during a long weekend when availability was low, and the budget rooms are fine but the part of the hotel where they’re located lacks an elevator. I get that the building is old, but it’s a necessary improvement, especially since “budget” isn’t really the right label for this hotel. The breakfast could have had a bit more variety, but it was okay overall.
