The front desk is open 24 hours and the staff are very helpful. There’s a luggage storage system you can use before check‑in and after check‑out. The hotel sits in a lovely neighbourhood, quiet and within a short walk of many restaurants, grocery stores, and public transport, and it’s very close to the museums. The only downside is that although there are elevators, you still have to climb a few stairs to reach some rooms, so people with mobility issues should take note.
