The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the reception team—Tuân, Giang, Quỳnh, Nhung, Phương, and Khiêm—who support small children and the elderly in the group. The parking is at the back of the resort and you have to walk around the outside from the back to the front entrance, so it’s not quick to get inside.

New hotel. Rooms are nice. You cant order food and drinks at the pool. No alcohol is served at the pool. No poolbar. Only 3 sunbeds available

I had a very good experience at Flamingo Heritage Onsen & resort. The rooms were beautiful, fully equipped, and the environment was quiet. I especially thank Trần Tuân, who was a wonderful, friendly, open, and enthusiastic staff member throughout my stay; I will definitely return if I have the chance.

I recently had a mixed experience at this hotel, where the pleasant climate and stunning views were somewhat marred by the subpar service, particularly in the dining area. The breakfast was a letdown, with the sticky rice being overly hard due to being stored in the fridge. Even simple requests, such as utensils and a coffee spoon, took an inordinate amount of time to arrive. To make matters worse, my ordered dish was completely forgotten.
