The hotel staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay. When we checked in, we were first given a room where the AC wasn’t working properly, and the problem lasted about an hour. Thanks to Bong, the owner, who was very kind, attentive, and helpful, we were quickly moved to another room. After the change, everything went smoothly and we had a comfortable stay. Even though we only stayed one night, we truly appreciated the hospitality from the team and hope to return in the future; we would gladly recommend this property to others.

It’s in a quiet neighborhood, yet not far from the busy town. For someone who likes to explore different spots like me, this place strikes a good balance.

The beds were comfortable, the room was large, and the bathroom was good. The windows wouldn’t open, the TV didn’t work, and the large window faced the corridor, not the street. The bathtub and pool were less maintained than in the photos. We only used the shower. The location was “a pearl amid slums,” but that’s fairly common in this area.
