The location is excellent, with a lovely walk along the beach to Bamburgh Castle and just a 2‑minute walk into Seahouses; every staff member was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was tasty, but the bathroom in room 2 is very small—almost a cupboard—and you have to open the tiny double doors to reach a usable bathroom.

The location is fantastic and the parking is right at the doorstep, but I was assigned an annex room that I didn't request, and cars parked outside the window made the view and morning delivery‑vehicle noise intrusive; I couldn't leave the blinds open because others could see inside, and the steps to the bathroom may not suit everyone.

The views are amazing (we stayed on the beach side), the room was very comfortable, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious, and the free car park was just outside.

Everything was absolutely lovely, clean, and beautifully appointed; all the staff were friendly and very helpful, and even though we arrived a bit late nothing seemed too much trouble; the rooms were perfect and the view was fabulous. Thank you.
