How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
I was visiting out of season and was delighted by the quietness of the hotel and its surroundings – exactly what I wanted. The welcome was lovely and my room was exceptional. A few minor issues will be dealt with during the closed season, so I highly recommend this small hotel.

The staff are good people. The location is far from the center, the rooms are very old and small, and the breakfast isn’t good, unlike the pictures.

We arrived during the last week of the term, so there weren’t many staff left, but Mr Boyan took special care of us. The location was far from the center, but we liked the quiet. The kitchen was closed when we came in the afternoon, so we had to go down to the center.

The hotel offered several pools, each with a distinct concept, which was genuinely delightful. We spent two days of our week‑long holiday simply relaxing by the pool, enjoying a serene and comfortable setting. I believe the property should not be confused with the nearby smaller hotels. From start to finish, the staff were professional and every tiny detail was considered to ensure guest comfort. The attention of the personnel and the overall quality of the hotel surpassed our expectations, leaving us very satisfied and definitely planning to return at the first opportunity. However, the restaurant’s range of options could be broadened. Although the menu listed items like pasta, we were only served pizza during our stay, which could improve the guest experience if all listed items were offered. Additionally, while not directly related to the hotel, I would have appreciated more vigilance from guests staying in other rooms regarding noise in shared areas. In the mornings, loud conversations in front of our room were somewhat disturbing for those of us looking to rest.
