“I definitely won’t be back!!”

The bed wasn’t horrible; it had a fridge and microwave. I traveled 14 hours to get here, checked in at 2 am, and was going to stay for 4 days, so it was around 3–3:30 am by the time I fell asleep. At 9 am I heard sanding, grinding, and hammering right outside my door and really loud crappy Mexican music blaring! At 10:00 am I heard a knocking on my door and housekeeping tried to come in; luckily the door stop stopped her from coming all the way in… turns out the room directly across from mine was going to be under construction all week! So every morning at 9 am this Mexican guy would show up, turn on his crappy music, and start working! I don’t think a motel could be more inconsiderate if they tried! There were lots of other rooms in that motel and they only had a few guests each night, so there was no reason to put guests anywhere near a room that is under construction! Absolutely ridiculous! The hallway looks like it belongs in a horror film! No “do not disturb” sign unless you ask the front desk for one.

The location was good, but the rooms could definitely be cleaned better; the mini fridge had excessive ice buildup. The staff at the desk weren’t very informative about the extra hold charges on the card, and no one was available for checking out even after calling the phone; I ended up checking out through the app.

“They sucked”

No cable TV, and housekeeping toiletries were missing.

Friendly staff, but only one person handled everything on weekends. The toilet didn’t flush, mold was visible on the bathroom ceiling, and turning on the shower caused water to spray everywhere. When we arrived, the police were already patrolling the parking lot.
