“Scam. Do not book.”

The room was filthy; the host knew our arrival time but failed to clean it beforehand. Even after we asked, the cleaning was minimal and the room stayed very dirty. The toilet was unclean, and there were no toiletries or toilet paper, so we had to request them. The fan was broken and the AC didn’t work properly. The bamboo furniture had sharp edges that could hurt you if you’re not careful. The bed was unclean and itchy, and the towels were dirty. I even found cockroaches in the room. The property is expensive and the facilities are poor. We told the host about all this, but they made no effort to fix anything.

“Dosta loše”

The host was pleasant, the exterior was nicely decorated, and the view of the Nile was lovely. The room was very small and everything could be heard; the toilet was dirty. It claimed breakfast was included, but we only received chips, pastries, and yogurt. The blankets were the only covering, and they were not clean. The lights in the room couldn’t be turned off. I would not recommend this accommodation.

“Family trip”

The staff is willing to help us, but the hotel cannot provide us. The room was very dirty and smoke smell, like no one live here for months. The water was run down, so I have to take a shower in another room. I asked for breakfast at 7.30, but there was no one to prepare 'cause they were sleeping. Stay in other hotels if you could. The price is expensive, not proper

We didn’t even get to bring our luggage down; the place looked quite neglected and there was no staff to greet us. We had to find another hotel entirely. The photos on the booking site don’t resemble the actual place at all.

“Cozy hotel with amazing Nile view and friendly staff. Strongly recommended for families”

The Nile view from the hotel terrace is fabulous. The food was amazing and tasty, with Egyptian-Nubian exquisite cuisine. The staff is so nice and friendly. They saved no effort to make our stay so comfortable and delightful The two brothers Hassan and Husien helped us in organizing two fantastic day-boat trips. The furniture in the rooms need some upgrading
