Cumplió con mis expectativas con respecto a lo que yo esperaba.

“Laura is awesome and does the work of 3”

The staff were friendly, but the toilets were small, the AC was outdated and not very cold, and the bathtub needs anti‑slip tape.

“It was a quick easy stay so we didn’t need anything fancy”

It was close to where we needed to be, but the building was pretty old and run down.

“Good enough for a night, but property needs sprucing up. 2 stars”

Breakfast consisted of the usual powdered scrambled eggs, coffee and bread/toast—nothing special but adequate; the breakfast room hours were convenient, the staff were very friendly, and the room was clean with no trash on site; the pool was nice and clean, the AC was quiet, the location was very convenient, and the in‑room refrigerator worked well. However, the entire property needs to be power washed, especially the stairs and sidewalks, which were grimy, spotted and stained; our room had scratched and scarred floors and walls, and the bathroom could be cleaner—there was dirt around the floor‑wall cove and grout. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner, as the free samples were not to my liking.

“Absolutely not quality. So gross and dirty. Just happy to be out of there.”

The room was only available at the last minute, but it was a mess: the bathroom had a strong mildew odor, the shower curtain looked awful, the sheets were heavily pilled and had hair on them, and the mattress pad had yellow stains once we swapped them. The front desk offered new sheets when we asked, yet the floor was filthy and both the fridge and freezer were gross.
