I liked being only a few blocks from the city center, which made getting around easy. The downside was that there was no kitchen setup at all, so we had to eat out for everything.

The staff were genuinely friendly, and meeting the owner was a highlight. Our room was comfortable and everything we needed was taken care of right away. If I ever come back to Concepción, I’ll definitely book here again.
