How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Nothing interesting about the place. The standard does not match the rate; the garden between the rooms is depressing, and the passage to the rooms has very dirty carpets. The carpet on the room floor is also unclean, and the hotel cannot accommodate many people due to health issues and cleanliness.

1. A phone kept ringing and never answered. 2. No extra blanket in the room. 3. I went in person to check availability and was told it was fully booked, yet I still received a booking. 4. The food (Durban curry) was terrible, the lamb did not taste fresh, and I waited more than an hour for it.

No room service and no welcome service when you arrive at the hotel or when you go to the room.

The location is fine. It looks like a brothel with small girls, boys, and girls making noise.

Wet carpets and a lingering odor made the place feel cheap for what I paid, and the breakfast line moved at a snail’s pace.
