The location was good. There was a sewage smell coming from the bathroom that spread throughout the room.

The central location was fine but it was noisy. The place was dirty, unclear how it could get a high rating above a brothel, the smell was not very good, not recommended.

The hosts were amazing and friendly, helped and advised on the right questions. The location was very convenient, a grocery store nearby, and there are places to eat not far away. The cable car is a 10‑minute walk, the promenade and beach are 15 minutes. The only surprise was the shower, I had never seen one like that before (we usually separate the shower from the toilet, at least with a wall or curtain). The photos made it look like the hotel had its own separate area, but it became clear that this kind of layout is a city feature. Overall, the hosts’ adequacy and friendliness made up for the initial shortcomings. I wish them prosperity and decent guests ⚘️.

“В Батуми как дома!”

The location was great: center, shops, cafés, promenade all nearby. The room was comfortable, the beds were cozy. The terrace was a separate gift. Having coffee with a city view or evening tea with a sunset view was a special pleasure. The staff were friendly, and we felt like guests in the arms of these pleasant people. There was nothing negative.

The location and the kindness of the hotel managers and staff were excellent. Everything was perfect.
