“Déception”
I left very disappointed, the hotel is far from five‑star standards; the only thing I liked was the very friendly staff and the okay breakfast. The building feels old, the décor is missing, the furniture and the whole place smell of mildew, and cleanliness needs serious work with many corners fully mouldy. Our room faced a tangle of power cables, ruining the view, the mattress was rock‑hard, the pillows were useless and the bedding needs replacement. This property simply doesn’t meet five‑star level, especially the room we got, and I felt the price was unjustified when there are far more elegant options in Phuket.
