The location is great, and the host communicated very clearly, providing a city map and tips. Check‑in and check‑out were smooth, and the Wi‑Fi connection was excellent, which mattered a lot because I had to work. The A/C worked very well too! The pillows were a bit uncomfortable, and there weren’t any extras. Kitchen supplies, such as the sponge for washing the dishes, needed to be replaced right away. For coffee lovers, there is no Italian coffee maker at the place (the host offered an electric one).

Lorenzo was extremely helpful – he responded to my questions before I arrived, greeted us when we got there, and was very resourceful in showing us around Venice. The apartment was clean, quiet, and close to major tourist attractions. We always felt very safe. I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to other visitors. There is nothing I did not like.
