“So much potential here as the location is beautiful and peaceful. Service is poor”
The spot was gorgeous, with a huge balcony outside my room offering great views, a nice jacuzzi tub, a big comfy bed, and snacks plus cold water that were a nice touch. However, the check‑in was a nightmare—no one was on site, the rooms used keypad entry, and after booking I never got any instructions or a code. I called the emergency number several times and emailed them with no reply; only after about 40 minutes did someone finally show up, give us a tour, and hand us a room code. Two days later a VRBO guest experienced the same issue: no check‑in instructions, no response to emergency calls, and hot water was unreliable—just five minutes of hot water before it turned ice cold, and that happened twice. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest, and there was a faint urine smell around the toilet area.
