The place was clean, but I waited almost 10 minutes for someone at the front desk, couldn’t locate my reservation, was told it might have swapped my first and last name, denied it, and then discovered my name had actually been flipped when I pulled out the booking number; the room’s air conditioner made loud noises all night.

The room was well organized, modern, and comfortable; the staff were very friendly, and the evening atmosphere was great with a pleasant outdoor area, a fire pit, a restaurant, and a bar on site, but there was no microwave in the room and the only one available was not in our building, which was inconvenient.
