“We would definitely stay at Podere Oliveta again.”
The spot was acceptable, the views were nice, the pool matched its description, and parking was good—a big plus in Italy. The apartment was roomy and interesting, and we liked its features. The guestbook mentioned a lack of a good knife, so we bought one. There was no A/C, which we knew, but temperatures rose high for June in Italy, and by the time we left the apartment’s heat was almost equal to outside. We did laundry, but when we left clothes to dry, the sprinklers activated around 2 a.m., soaking everything. We also needed more than one roll of toilet paper.
