Everything at the hotel was perfect. The room was nice and spacious for two people, and the bathroom was spotless. Breakfast was good with a great selection, and the hotel's location was ideal for our work.

“The only hotel in Brechin but to the staffs credit they don’t take that for granted”

The staff were lovely, the room was clean and comfortable, and the local menu had a few good restaurants; the toilet seat was broken but got fixed instantly.

The family‑run place was very friendly and accommodating, the showers were powerful and clean, rooms were large with lovely windows, no air conditioning, and the location was fab for the festival; there was a crack in the mirror.
