The breakfast matched its price, and the location in the middle of a business district was convenient, but the bathroom was in a neglected state: the toilet was black and brown with limescale, the shower was completely limescale‑covered, the shower glass was smudged, and there was mold in the shower and baseboard area, clearly caused by a water damage. The sink drain was clogged and the toilet flush was broken. The towels were past their prime, and the soap container (there was only one in the shower, none at the sink) had apparently broken from the wall holder and lay open in the shower. The mattress and pillows were of the lowest standard. We had stayed the previous night at another B&B for a lower price and found a clean room, a tidy bathroom, and a better breakfast selection. We had no high expectations for a single night, but such a poor condition was unexpected. This room was a nightmare, and you should demand a refund.

The staff were friendly, the breakfast was decent, and the beds were good, but the air conditioning didn't work, there was no hot water in the shower or sink, and you had to choose between an open window in a stuffy room, which let harsh light from outside flood the space, or a closed, darkened window that made the room feel even worse and left you unable to sleep. Overall, not recommended.
The card reader on the front desk was broken, we tried repeatedly and couldn't pay, so they shut our faces while talking, and we still had to pay the room fees for the six nights we didn't stay. We had booked two rooms, I will send a complaint by email; don't go there.
