How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The tub had mold and mildew on tile and peeling porcelain/paint. When we got to our rooms after check in, the key cards would not work. We had to contact the employee to reset the cards. This Motel appears to rent out monthly to residents, as there were grills/chairs outside doors. The "tenant" below us consistently chain smoked, allowing us not to enjoy our deck on the 2nd floor

I really enjoyed the private balcony, and the fact that the place had both a front and a back door—most hotels only have one. The only downside was that I had to leave early.

The room was spacious and well furnished, but the shower was dirty with a lot of hair, and the shower head leaked, spraying water onto the ceiling and making the bathroom floor wet. There were also food crumbs from a previous guest on the floor by the bed and desk.

The bar and bartender were 10/10. The room, however, had a persistent smell of someone smoking there every day for a year.

I didn’t get breakfast at Ubo, and the room wasn’t clean enough and it felt pricey for what it was.
