The dinner and breakfast were both tasty and generous; I was hoping for a bit more sashimi at dinner, which would have been perfect. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The lobby was the most striking part, with a retro structure and modern interior that made the view from the outside at sunset over Tosa Port unforgettable. The hot spring was clean and pleasant. The room lighting could have been softer, like using paper lamps or indirect lighting for a more relaxing feel. I heard the male bath’s open-air pool lighting was too bright. It would have been easier to buy souvenirs if some were offered during breakfast and dinner. Personally, the slippers didn’t fit well and were hard to walk in.
