How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.

The room was very spacious and clean, and mine even had a little balcony; there’s a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor that tenants can use freely, the host is super kind and welcoming, he has nice bicycles available for free which is a great way to get around, and it’s about the same distance from the beach and the old town—roughly 15 minutes of slow cycling in pleasant surroundings; a supermarket and a simple local café are right there as well.

“The best homestay with the best host.”

Quoc is the nicest guy who runs the best homestay in Hoi An, with a great central location, free bicycles, laundry facilities, and a great restaurant, and everything is perfect.

“Parfait”

I arrived at 5:30 am on a night bus that left at 8 am, and my room was ready. The bed was firm yet comfortable, the room was spacious and clean, and the host was lovely. A free bike and a washing machine on the floor were available, and each day we received two fresh water bottles. The neighborhood was very quiet, with plenty of places to eat nearby, and the old town was just a 10‑minute bike ride away. Really perfect. The only detail is that a lot of light filters through the curtains; bring an eye mask if that bothers you.

“Very nice Villa with a great host.”

Everything was great… Quoc is the best! He even came to rescue me with a new bicycle when I had a puncture. His place is perfectly positioned between the Old Town and the beaches… 10 minutes either way. Nothing else to add.
