The location was good—right in the center. We found a lot of mess; in the hallway of our room there was a room tidying up a bunch of boxes, putting them in the hallway, and people were passing by all the time because of those boxes! It looked like a move! And the staff didn’t explain anything clearly to us, barely looked us in the face!

The location was good and the staff were helpful. However, the towels were old, the water didn’t heat, the shower in the bathroom leaked and wet the entire room, the TV was very old and had no streaming option, and the Wi‑Fi signal was terrible and unusable.

All staff were attentive. The room’s location was a drawback – it was the last in the corridor, at the back, with a window facing the ventilation area, and I noticed this issue when booking via Booking, also happened in Conservatória.
