“motel was nice at checking.....suttlevan was great both to and from motel to the airport”

Breakfast was scheduled for 0600, but nobody was at the check‑in counter, no coffee was provided, my driver’s license, hairbrush, toothbrush, and toothpaste were left in my room, and when I was at the airport getting ready to check‑in the counter staff said there was nothing left in the room… it was BS!

The stay was very pleasant. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were exceptional, especially the front desk. The free shuttle service was extremely useful; they picked us up from the ferry and took us to the airport when we left. Grab‑and‑go breakfast was a bonus. Nothing else to add.

“Lugar agradable sin desayuno”

The location of the place is great, but what they call breakfast isn’t really breakfast, so don’t expect a proper breakfast even if it’s listed as included.

“It feels like family here.”

Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming, making the place feel like home; the rooms were cozy, coffee was always available, and the breakfast was wonderful. I ran every day, even to Mendenhall Glacier from the location, and I enjoyed being in the area I’m familiar with. I’ll stay here again when I come back in a few weeks while I get my apartment set up, and they even allow dogs. It’ll be nice to come back; all the staff, especially Kody, Susan, and Rose, were always helpful, friendly, and kind.

“Great customer service with comfy room”

The front desk staff was amazing and so kind, and the shuttle service went above and beyond to help us, which was so appreciated! The breakfast could have been better, though.
