Everything at the Canary Chalet was spotlessly clean, nicely arranged and fully equipped, and the linens smelled wonderful. The staff were genuinely attentive and the breakfast was both beautiful to look at and tasty. The only thing that could improve the room is a couple of hooks in the bathroom for hanging clothes.

The hosts were incredibly caring and made us feel right at home, and the chalet’s view was absolutely stunning. Breakfast was solid and we really enjoyed our time there. The only drawback is the gate – it’s still manual and could use an electronic lock.

The chalet’s décor is tasteful and the space feels clean and super cozy, with a quiet setting, beautiful view and the soothing sound of a nearby creek. It’s well‑organized, fully equipped, and the reception staff were friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the TV – it struggled with Netflix commands, I couldn’t log out of my account, and I had to ask Edna’s sister for help.

Dininha gave us a warm, friendly welcome, and the optional breakfast we ordered was outstanding – a huge variety and truly worth it if you’re not bringing your own meals.
