The hotel staff were good and helpful, especially Shial, an Iranian who speaks Arabic and is friendly. The furniture is old and the sheets are worn.

The spot was spot on, right next to everything. The staff were polite and quick to help with any request. The shower was solid, with good heat and pressure. They added an extra bed free of charge, and the room had a kettle, a small wardrobe, a mini fridge, and it smelled nice. The toilet was cramped and a little uncomfortable, and the pillows were too soft to support my head. The place wasn’t dirty, but it wasn’t pristine either—moderate cleanliness, and some blind spots were missed.

It was a one‑of‑a‑kind stay. The hotel sat close to Istiklal Street, and the staff treated me with respect and friendliness. They still need to improve the curtains, lighting, and bathroom cleanliness in the rooms.

The location is perfect, but unfortunately, the noise from the nightclubs in the area is a real issue. The hotel itself is fine, but the constant thumping music made it hard to get a good night's sleep.

The hotel's location near the bus, tram, and metro lines, as well as its proximity to Av Istiklal, is a major plus. The staff is also super helpful and friendly. However, the TV didn't work, the bed wasn't very comfortable, and they had to change the sheets for us.
