The spot was amazing, right in the heart of Echuca, making it easy to reach everything we needed. I liked that we were all together in one area instead of spread out across the property. The cleanliness was outstanding and everything looked divine.

The location was good; we walked from the train station. The beer garden was nice and the walk to the Port was easy. However, it was noisy: the room faced a house with dogs barking early in the morning, creating a lot of loud noise.

The location, verandah, and seating overlooking the ducks and guinea fowl were great. I booked what I thought was a two‑bedroom unit for three people, but two of us had to share a bed.

Prime location & better facilities than expected. Room & beds were comfortable and suited our stay. The balcony overlooking the river was a welcome addition. Pubs/Clubs around are quite loud until 'close' - which for our stay was okay however this wouldn't be a place of choice for young families or if you require an early nights sleep
