Close to the center, nice rooms, clean and with everything we needed. Communication with the host was excellent. The roof terrace needs better cushions or better care, we were soaked sitting there after the rain.

The place was spotless and everything felt immaculate; it smelled great and was super comfortable. The only downside was the stairs, but that didn’t bother us.

The room’s location was fantastic—just on the edge of the bustling center, so it’s easy to reach. At the end of the street you hit the start of Mercato del Capo with plenty to see, a bit further you find the shopping street, and across the way you’re right by the cathedral. From the rooftop you can also look out over the cathedral, which is really fun. The room itself was beautiful and fully equipped! We arrived early before check‑in, but we could drop our luggage and it was already ready in the room when it was cleaned. Absolutely recommended if you’re staying in Palermo. We had specifically booked a room with a bath in the bathroom. Because of water scarcity, it wasn’t possible to fill it properly all the time. Midway the hot water tap stopped, so we couldn’t really use the bath; half an hour later the tap worked again, but the first water was already cold. The accommodation can’t do much about that, so don’t give it a negative for that, but it was a pity, and maybe mention it as an additional note. Nevertheless the shower works great, so there is still plenty of chance to freshen up.
