The staff were very attentive, but when I arrived the beds were covered in hair from earlier guests and the pillows were filthy; I reported it to reception, yet they refused to move me to another room, only swapping pillow covers while the sheets stayed dirty. The hotel sits in a very unsafe area, the street is filthy and noisy.

It’s close to the center, not old, and comfortable, but there’s no parking, the area looks bad because of that, I only had one blanket and it was cold, and there’s no elevator.
