“Utterly Fantastic”
Beautiful building inside & out. The decor throughout is absolutely stunning. Superb staff from Mohammed at the front door who gave us such a warm greeting to Gavin at reception who was superb!!!! Loved our room, the spa and dining. This is an incredible hotel and well worth it for a special treat. Nothin not to like!

“I had a very Bad experience”
Nothing!!!. Hotel is a very bad service. Personal are not friendly . I was there 3 days and I don’t feel welcomed and safe. I don’t feel safe there. Security should make you feel Safe in the territory of hotel but they do they job very bad and I have a very strange situation with one of them in 3 th day of my stay . He followed me with all his rudeness . So 100% it’s not a 5 star hotel. It’s dirty everywhere. They have a problems with water in the rooms and didn’t fix it on time. . The worst experience in my life. Never again!!!
