The sauna was tiny and the lift only started working at 8 am, nowhere near convenient. The food selection could have been better, though breakfast was decent. The hotel just lacked any vibe.

The food was excellent, everyone found something they liked. The staff were very friendly and the services great, with daily room cleaning. The downside was that the saunas weren’t always available, so capacity was insufficient.

Right on the slope, and the staff were super friendly. The downside was that the fitness room was too small.

Breakfast was fine. Dinner was usually bland and cold, feeling more like cheap take‑out. The wellness area was unusable because the salt sauna didn’t work at all during our four days, and the steam bath had the same issue. For a hotel of this size the sauna was too small and already outdated, with torn lampshades. In short, the wellness area felt cheap and uncomfortable.

Great location, very friendly staff, and the wellness area looked nice. The all‑in deal was disappointing: the kitchen was poor and the drinks were basic, even cola zero cost extra. The all‑in ended at 9 pm, and we missed a lively bar.
