The staff were friendly and the location was good, but the rooms were in the attic where it was very hot and the stairs to the upper rooms were really cramped.
A friendly and quirky front‑desk lady, a great location, a nice hotel with a view of Sněžka, and good breakfasts. Parking is on the hotel grounds. I didn’t encounter any negative reviews here; everything was positive. Breakfast started at eight and was replenished continuously. The only minor gripe was the older, less powerful fridge in the room.
I was initially drawn to this hotel's convenient location near the highway and the delicious breakfast options. However, upon arrival, I was disappointed to find that the beds were quite uncomfortable and the room was smaller than I had anticipated. Additionally, the breakfast was only available from 9:00 AM, which was a bit too late for my liking.
