The Thermes were not too crowded at the end of August, and the fact that access is included in the room price is a plus. The cleanliness was poor: over the two days we stayed, the room cleaning was barely done. Dust, hair, and other residues remained on the floor and in the sinks, and one of our towels had suspicious black stains. Don’t hang anything on the bathroom shelf, or it will fall! These little details ruin the experience.

We stayed at these thermal baths with our one‑year‑old child. It was an absolutely must‑do experience and worth repeating! The staff were extremely kind and attentive to the little one's needs.

I didn’t realize the spa was a sulfur‑bicarbonate alkaline pool until we arrived, and the smell was unbearable—my fault for not checking beforehand, though none of the reviews mention it. The water itself seems fine and the hotel was packed, but the odor was so bad we only managed one night of the six we had booked; inside the hotel they use strong scented diffusers to mask the smell. I chose the hotel for its proximity to our destination, not for the baths.
