“convenient location, poor quality of rooms/ cleanliness”
The spot’s close to everything you need for a weekend family trip and there are plenty of good restaurants to meet up at, but the room cleanliness has gone downhill; there are many dents and damages, mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, a poorly patched drywall, trash under the couch, and the room just didn’t feel clean when I walked in.

The hotel was very nice and clean, the pool had plenty of seating, breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of foods, and the rooms were exceptional, clean, and spacious. We arrived around 12:00 hoping to check in early; they said it would cost $50 an hour, but eventually let us in at 2:00 instead of the usual 4:00. I’ve checked in early before without any trouble.
The neighborhood was great, but the bar fell short – the bartender wasn’t very friendly.
At the front desk, Kiara had no idea how to serve a customer, was rude, and didn’t solve anything; she canceled my reservation and sent me to another hotel that didn’t have the room features I needed, making me have a terrible experience. The staff’s treatment and their useless solutions to their mistakes were unacceptable.
