The hotel is gorgeous, offers a fantastic view, excellent value, and the staff—especially Firda—are very friendly and dedicated. It sits a bit outside Gerupuk, in an authentic fishing/surfing village on a beautiful peninsula. The hotel and its team feel like a luxurious oasis of warmth. For us, the view from our room was the best in all of Indonesia.

Our stay was dreamy; the location is unbeatable—built into the mountain, completely quiet and natural. From every room you can watch sunrise right from the bed, and after a 10‑minute walk you catch sunset on the mountain with breathtaking vistas. The entire staff is simply top class—friendly, helpful, and they handle everything, from transfers to tours, surf and dive courses. We booked a surf lesson, were picked up by boat right on the beach in front of the hotel, and felt very safe and comfortable with instructor Augustin. Even late check‑out was possible, letting us enjoy the whole day. It’s a beautiful spot, highly recommended, and we’ll definitely return. Thanks to the whole team at Inlight Beach Resort.

The views from the room, the restaurant and the pool are stunning; the food at the restaurant is good; the staff are friendly; it’s great for surfing; the rooms are basic but had everything I needed. My air‑con started leaking water one night, but the staff fixed it quickly and offered another room if needed.

The hotel sits by the sea on a popular surfer beach. The rooms are modest but clean and proper, with sea views. Breakfast is good, and the dinner menu is varied with reasonable prices and very large portions. The staff provide good service.

The staff were extremely helpful and kind. They fulfilled every request, from arranging surf boats, transport, and even MotoGP tickets, to teaching me some Indonesian. Thank you so much; I had an amazing and relaxing time at Inlight.
