Great place where the city noise lets you escape even when the outside world is loud. Inside the room there’s no signal, but the home‑cooked meals are friendly and exceptional. The shared outdoor areas are lovely, yet unfortunately not tidy, so if you want to relax there you’ll have to clean up first.

Simple, pleasant, and functional accommodation with kind owners in the beautiful CHKO Broumovsko region. Two dogs caused no issues, and a nice fan in the room helped during the summer heat.

We really appreciate the estate’s location as a great base for exploring the area. The hosts were very helpful and kind, even offering to dry our clothes in the dryer after a storm. It was nice that we could fully use the outdoor spaces. We stayed in a small room (no kitchen) that lacked signal and Wi‑Fi, which we actually liked because it gave us a chance to unwind. The kitchen cupboard was handy for cooking. Overall, the value for money was very good. The room was cooler due to thick walls, so next time we’ll bring more warm clothes. The fridge was a bit noisy, but we still appreciated having it. We might also like an extra large wardrobe in the room.
