“Great location, comfortable bed and aircon”
The location, comfort, and air conditioning were wonderful, and the staff were lovely. The only thing we missed was some milk for our coffee and tea in the room—maybe add a small container of milk. 😊

The hotel is solid, rooms comfy, breakfast nice, but it’s a bit farther from the Duomo, roughly a 15‑minute walk.
Honestly, the hotel was clean enough and the bed was comfortable, but the bathroom was somewhat cramped. Reception staff could have handled things better, especially the men at the front desk; I didn’t like them and they seemed heavy‑set.
I absolutely loved it—air conditioning was a lifesaver in Florence’s scorching heat, and the room’s two rooms, bathroom, and sizable balcony were great; the wall art and lighting made the space look gorgeous, so we snapped some beautiful photos.
