The place sits right next to the Convention Center and Kigali Heights, which was super convenient. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. However, the bed felt too hard and the bathroom is in need of an upgrade – the shower is old and the water pressure is weak. The mirror isn’t centered over the sink and there’s no hand‑towel holder. I only received one large towel and a small one, and I had to use the small one as a bath mat, which was a real inconvenience.

The location is fine, but the shower is missing a door and is filthy. The bed is extremely hard. The bedroom door doesn’t lock without a key. There’s no soundproofing; we could hear every hallway noise, people walking up and down, and even the priest yelling during his mass right by the window. Mosquitoes were a problem.

Breakfast was decent, just basic with eggs, bread, and fruit. The overall place needs a serious overhaul. The beds are just wooden boards, I stayed in a room with a broken sink and a useless kitchenette, and it was right behind a religious hall that was extremely loud at night. I would not recommend this place.
