We had a pretty rough time at this place, to be honest. The shower wasn't working, so we had to use another room's shower for a day, which was a hassle. And to make matters worse, we found a huge cockroach in our room. The light for load shedding wasn't working either, which was a bit of a problem.

I'm still trying to figure out how a place with such a lovely manager could have such a terrible atmosphere. The staff were completely unhelpful and made our stay a nightmare, but the manager was a lifesaver - friendly and genuinely interested in making things right. Unfortunately, the noise and general vibe of the place were a major letdown.

The location of this place was great, but that's where the good stuff ends. The room was pretty basic - no aircon, no fridge, and no cups or glasses for drinks. And to top it all off, there was no generator to back up the power during load shedding, which made things pretty uncomfortable.

The staff at this place were really friendly and went out of their way to help us when we needed it. But, unfortunately, the noise from the frogs outside our room was almost unbearable - it was like they were having a party all night long.

The staff at this place were really friendly and welcoming, which made our stay a bit more bearable. However, the bathroom and tea area were a bit of a mess, and the chair in our room was pretty uncomfortable.
