The 2 ladies on 7-3 shift and 3-11 Veronica I think her name is very very polite and helpful good customer service A plus. There was not a dislike at all

The lady who checked us in was very nice. The place had a bad smell and dead bugs. The man who checked us out wouldn’t give me a receipt because I used a certain payment method; I paid at the hotel, so they should provide a receipt. I had to insist. He said he didn’t want us to know how much of a cut they get🙄
