The receptionist was very rude, and the entire property—from the main house to the cottages—was filthy, with no sweeping or mopping; the smell was terrible, and the bedding and sheets were torn and dirty. I left immediately and booked my family at the Ridgeway Hotel. Everything was dirty, smelly, staff rude, and there was no toilet paper in the toilet. I will never book there again.
