The location was good. The experience at the hotel was disappointing and unpleasant. We arrived to a dirty room with stains on the walls, sheets, and toilet. The shower water pressure was extremely weak, making it impossible to shower properly. On one occasion we entered the room and found the bed full of insects. We asked the staff on site, who changed the sheets, but the new sheets also had insects and stains. Alternative rooms were offered, but they had the same problems – dirt and insects on the beds and walls. We requested to speak with the manager, but we received no response and no reasonable solution was offered. Moreover, we received no compensation for the experience and the poor conditions, and instead of taking responsibility for the insect problem, they even blamed us. In the end, the conditions were unacceptable and we did not stay in the room. Given our experience, we would not recommend the hotel. The cleanliness, maintenance, and service we received were far below expectations. The worst was the attitude we received when trying to find a solution. We advise others to think carefully before booking a room here.
