How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
nice staff, hot tub/heated swimming pool!, beds are huge and not too firm, parking mostly available. not an issue per say but i noticed some traveling baseball teams stay there and took up all the parking for like 6 hours 😭

The staff were friendly and the location was convenient, yet the air conditioner didn’t work properly, the thermostat had a low battery, the toilet didn’t flush correctly, and the shower was dirty.

The swimming pool was comfortable, and the room was nice, but the breakfast area was cramped and a bit hard to navigate.

I was pleasantly surprised; I had never stayed at a Holiday Inn before and couldn’t believe how clean and nice everything was. The staff were very helpful, and there was nothing negative.

I woke up to bedbug bites, found the walls thin, and the staff complained about my kids being loud at 5pm.
